GROWING CHICAGO HARDY FIG TREE
This is a year of firsts for us. We are experimenting with various fruit and vegetables and are really excited about growing figs for the first time. We are fortunate to live in South Florida whereby the climate is excellent for growing so many varieties of fruits and vegetables.
We purchased a small Chicago Hardy Fig tree early in March and planted it. It loves the sun and is doing marvelous.
GROWING BEEFSTEAK TOMATOES
We are growing two varieties of beefsteak tomatoes and planted them at the end of March 2019. They are progressing fine. Pictures of their progress are coming soon.
GROWING MINIATURE EGGPLANTS
I have been growing miniature eggplants for one year and the process has been extremely rewarding. In upcoming blogs I will show pictures and progress reports about the growing process.
